My first healing through Christian Science was of lung trouble. Our family physician told me I could live but a short time. I called on a Christian Science practitioner, and while I was talking with her I was instantaneously healed. I have had many other healings, and for these and the overcoming of resentment and fear, I am very thankful. Christian Science has taught me how to be thankful and more loving. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to and love of God for giving us our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy. I am thankful for the practitioners who have so willingly and lovingly helped me. I am grateful to be a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church. I am deeply grateful for Christian Science, which reveals the presence and power of God to us all.—(Mrs.) Margaret Florence Abbey, St. Joseph, Missouri.
