With a grateful heart I should like to testify that I have been privileged to experience a series of glorious proofs of the power of divine Love.

I am grateful for the trials and victories which purify and elevate character, since "trals are proofs of God's care," as Mrs. Eddy says on page 66 of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health.

Christian Science has been my only physician since 1924, when all material means were given up. I had an instantaneous healing of a nervous backache, also of colds and grief. Problems of supply and employment have been solved, protection and guidance have been proved, and a favorable decision was obtained in a lawsuit. In the summer of 1938, a marvelous and beautiful healing of my eyes took place. This healing is outstanding to me; it is another proof that God's care in every way meets our needs.

I am grateful for the practitioners who so lovingly have helped and encouraged me along the way; for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church; for class instruction from one of Mrs. Eddy's students, and for the continued unfolding of the truth in our yearly association meetings. Words cannot express my deep gratitude to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for giving this Science to the whole world.
