I am exceedingly grateful for our Christian Science lectures and for the healings which I have experienced while listening to them. Some time ago, one of our lecturers brought out the fact of God's ever-presence; that no matter where we might be, or what we might be doing, God, divine Mind, would always be right there with us.

One morning, a short time after this lecture, I was seated at my desk in the factory, intent on the work before me, endeavoring to solve some problem. Suddenly I realized that something was wrong. I was not able to see the papers on which I had been figuring.

Quickly came to me the words of the lecturer, and I knew that I was not alone, that God, Love, was right there with me. I kept working along this line, holding to the truth of God's ever-presence. In a few moments it began to get lighter, and soon I saw the papers in front of me clearly again. I was healed, and went on with my work.

I am very happy over another healing which I experienced one morning at the factory. Shortly after I began work I became quite ill and suffered a great deal. I went back to my desk and quietly declared the truth about man and his relation to God. In a few moments I was free, and went on about my work. Later in the morning the trouble returned. I seemed to be in greater distress than before, and was hardly able to stand. I again quietly declared the truth. The trouble increased, and with it was a sense of fainting. As soon as I could do so, I asked to be excused. I made my way home, went to bed, and asked a Christian Science practitioner for help. I read and studied the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy the rest of the morning. About noon I fell asleep, and awoke in a few minutes, quite free of any trouble. I dressed quickly, was back at my desk at the factory at half past one, and finished the day's work without any further difficulty.

I am very grateful for Christian Science, for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, for class instruction, and for every avenue of activity in the Christian Science movement.
