With a heart full of gratitude I wish to give my testimony, hoping that it will serve to bless other sufferers.

For two whole years I suffered from a stomach and intestinal complaint. The physician gave up all hope, for he diagnosed this complaint as tuberculosis. I was so worn out, physically and mentally, that I was on the verge of melancholy. Then in my great extremity I heard of Christian Science. My brother-in-law gave me the address of a practitioner, who lovingly welcomed me, and who explained in a comprehensive manner the truth about man. I gained confidence, and asked the practitioner for help. The complaint disappeared in a short time. The fear did not yield entirely, however, but I was again able to obtain help; and when I was convinced that "God is love" and that "in him we live, and move, and have our being," I was no longer afraid, and was completely healed.

My family and I have experienced many more proofs of the healing and renewing power of Truth. Our son was healed of a sunstroke in one day. In the summer of 1925, I was taken with such weakness of the heart that I lay in the "valley of the shadow of death." We again sought help in Christian Science, which was at once lovingly given. Half an hour later I awoke and felt perfectly well, and was able to get up the next day and work.

I am sincerely grateful to God for His ever present help, and to Mrs. Eddy, who has again led us along the path of Christ. I also wish to express my great gratitude to the dear practitioner.—
