It is with a sense of deep gratitude to God, to Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, and to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, that I am sending my testimony of the innumerable blessings which have come to us since taking up the study of Christian Science. We have had many physical healings in our home, whooping cough, measles, chronic bronchitis, influenza, and other ills having been overcome. I was also spared an operation for tumor. Recently my hand caught in the electric wringer. I am most grateful for the quick healing experienced; for the presence of God was so clearly realized that in ten minutes I was free from pain and able to go on with my work. Our son was healed of deafness which was very noticeable to his teachers.

A clearer sense of love in our home is being expressed as we gain a better concept of God as infinite good, and of man in His image and likeness, reflecting only good. I am indeed grateful for what Christian Science means to me each hour of the day; for what it is doing for the whole world; and to the friends who have helped me in times of need.

I should like to add my testimony to the healing efficacy of Christian Science. We have had many healings in our home, for which we are indeed grateful. Last summer, while learning to swim, I kicked my toe on a rock, and to mortal sense experienced great pain. I declared the truth the best I could and asked my wife to help me. The next morning there was no pain, but the toe was discolored for about a week. Our son recently had a difficulty which gave us another opportunity to prove the power of this wonderful truth. He stayed at home from school for a few days, the school nurse having named the disease scarlet fever. The fourth day every trace of the ailment had disappeared.
