It gives me pleasure to express my gratitude for the benefits which I have received through Christian Science. Prior to the time when I took up the study of this Science, I had been suffering for seventeen years from what was termed hereditary asthma. I had been under the care of several physicians, and had tried every material remedy which was recommended to me; but was not benefited, and was finally advised that this case could not be healed by medicine. About this time a friend introduced Christian Science to me. I turned to it is as last and only resort, and experienced an instantaneous healing. This healing took place over four years ago; and I have had no return of the trouble since. I have also been healed of rheumatic trouble, stomach disorder, tonsillitis, and weak eyes. From a physical wreck, Christian Science has restored me to perfect health.

My two children have had many beautiful healings. The one which stands out most is the healing my youngest son received shortly after we came into Science. When a small baby he manifested an ear trouble, for which he was under a physician's care several years. The condition seemed to grow worse; and by the time he was six years old, his hearing seemed very badly affected. When he was seven years old, I called for Christian Science help; and by the loving help of the practitioner he was healed in three days. I have always been so grateful for this healing, because it has proved to me the vast difference between medical and Christian Science treatment.

For many healings, and much more for the understanding of God that I have gained, I am truly grateful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and to other faithful Christian Scientists who have helped me.—(Mrs.) Sylvia Ott, Akron, Ohio.
