With a heart full of gratitude to God I give my testimony, hoping thereby to help some one as I was helped some years ago. I was sent to the hospital and after having several X-ray pictures taken, the doctor pronounced the case as one of gastric ulcers of the stomach. Everything I ate resulted in great pain and I was unable to retain food. I had gained a very slight knowledge of Christian Science while working for a lady who was a Christian Scientist, during which time through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy I was healed of fallen arches. I came home from the hospital knowing that God is the same now and forever and took up the study of Christian Science in earnest, and with help from a practitioner the stomach trouble was healed. My healing was slow, for which I am grateful, for it enabled me to know more of the truth. I can now do my regular work or any other work that I have to do without the slightest fatigue, and for this I am truly grateful.—(Mrs.) Lucille B. Barnes, Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
