We have received many blessings through Christian Science. My wife and I have been able to demonstrate the truth of its teachings many times in the past four years. Through the help of a Christian Science friend, in the spring of 1914, our little girl was healed in a few days of an eruption on the face, which was covered with what seemed to be warts.

On another occasion we had a beautiful demonstration of the power of Truth. In pouring some boiling water into a small basin I accidentally spilled part of it on this little girl's head and face. She began to scream, but I took her into my arms and began to declare the truth audibly. In a few minutes she had quieted enough to repeat the declarations of truth, and almost immediately she smiled and said she was all right. The only effect we could see was a slight redness of the skin.

For these healings, and for many other blessings received through Christian Science, we are very grateful.
