I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. About eight years ago I was healed of stomach trouble of fourteen years' standing, after all medicines had failed to help me. I was very weak, as what little food I ate disagreed with me, and I could not do any work. One day I met a lady who advised me to try Christian Science, and she explained to me what it is and what it does for those in need. I believed what she told me, so I bought a copy of Science and Health and had read it about four days when I found out that I was healed of my stomach trouble and a pain in my right side which I had for many years; also of weak eyes. All these ailments left me at once, and now I feel young in place of old.

For the last few years I have been able to treat myself and have helped others, so I am very thankful to God, and to Mrs. Eddy for giving us this spiritual understanding, the understanding of Life and Love.
