THE LECTURES

Mr. Clarence Ousley, editor of the Fort Worth Record, in introducing Rev. William P. McKenzie, who delivered a lecture on Christian Science in this city Nov. 11, said in part,—

As to Christian Science, whether it be revelation or human philosophy or delusion, we have the witness of a proud fruitage in the lives of its followers. I have never known an evil-minded Christian Scientist. All the followers of this faith whom it has been my privilege to know are godly men and women, leading hopeful, wholesome, happy lives, and a Cause which can do so much for the happiness and betterment of its followers is worthy of respect and encouragement.—Correspondence.
