Metaphysical truth is a statement of the eternal realities of being. Christian Scientists contend that what is absolutely true is eternal and does not change. Absolute truth is not one thing to-day and another thing to-morrow. Christian Scientists also contend that Truth is synonymous with Mind, God. The infinite Mind does not think finite thoughts. He does not know one thing to-day and unknow it to-morrow. God knows the truth as it eternally is; and what God is, what God knows or thinks, is the reality of being, and the reality of being constitutes metaphysical truth.
