If you listened to Annual Meeting this year, you’ll recall that one of the messages was that, going forward, announcements regarding significant events at The Mother Church would be made first in our periodicals rather than through email blasts.

We want to let you know that today the Christian Science Board of Directors informed employees of The Mother Church that as of August 17, 2026, Scott Preller, CSB, will be rotating off the Board of Directors to focus more fully on the healing practice of Christian Science, and that Kevin Ness, CSB, will be joining the Board. A more complete announcement will appear in the print magazines.
