Reading Science and Health changed my life.
Camp was supposed to be the happiest place on earth. But when this teen got hit with Covid, she discovered that part of finding healing was about feeling more of God’s love—and the happiness that comes from it, no matter what the circumstances.
The day before a mountain biking trip at camp, this teen took a tumble off her bike. Could prayer help her overcome her fear in time to join the group?

My healing of asthma

No matter how big a bully looks, God is always bigger. No matter how scary the situation appears to be, God is always the real power.
After an unsuccessful water skiing attempt led to an injury, this teen turned to God to overcome her fears and doubts about healing.
Can feeling God’s presence really change how we experience difficult or demanding situations? This author was hiking a mountain, worried about the trek. When he reached out to God in prayer, his perspective changed—and so did the experience. 
By not focusing so much on the image we think others have of us and focusing instead on all the ways we’re reflecting God, we can shift from human perfectionism to living Christlike perfection.
I realized that my physical home wasn’t the only place I could be happy and helpful. No matter where I was, I could find all the qualities of home because they are spiritual and come from God.
I felt God right there with me, and I knew that the love I’d felt from my Sunday School teacher would always be with me, too. 

No more menstrual cramps

As the expression of Love, we always embody God’s qualities, like wholeness and joy.
The news that a friend back home had died hit this teen hard, and she wondered how she could get over the sadness and heartbreak. Christian Science held the answers.
