I should like to relate a healing...

I should like to relate a healing of a skin disease which took place several years ago. My entire body was covered with a rash. An examination by a doctor indicated that the condition was not contagious, but I was told that I would have it for the rest of my life.

It was a happy occasion when reservations were made for me to fly to Boston, Massachusetts, to enter the nearby Sanatorium of the Christian Science Benevolent Association, Chestnut Hill. To mortal sense the picture was very unsightly, but I felt that everyone I came in contact with there saw me as in reality God's perfect child without spot or blemish.

With the help of a faithful practitioner, I removed from my consciousness false traits of character, such as pride, fear, sensitiveness, and criticism. Every vestige of the symptoms disappeared shortly after I returned to my home. The spiritual growth I gained while at the Sanatorium and the love I felt all around me were wonderful.

I am sincerely grateful for Mrs. Eddy's unselfish gift to all mankind, for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, and for the priceless experience of class instruction. Our periodicals, which give us fresh inspiration, and the practitioners, who always stand by us when needed, are great blessings along the way.

As Mrs. Eddy tells us in Science and Health (Pref.. p vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." This truth I have proved.— (Mrs.) Pearl Ross Linton, Brazil, Indiana.
