In this chat Joni Overton-Jung showed that the antidote to dark thoughts is Jesus' words “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). She shows that our recognition of these dark thoughts
and our discomfort with them can turn us to the light of the Christ, which is within each of us and which gives everyone the power to stand up to those dark thoughts and refuse them.

Joni answers questions such as: How do I free myself from fearful thoughts of accidents happening to my family? How do I get rid of suicidal thoughts? Give us fresh thoughts on how to pray about the feeling that we're old and our best days are behind us. How do I get
rid of depression, caused by ill health, that doesn't seem to be yielding to my prayers? And how can I help a friend who is dealing with an addiction?

Listen in and feel the light of the Christ in your life as you hear Joni respond to these and many more questions.
