‘God is in control!’

Several months ago while I was driving, suddenly a large truck came out of a side street, heading toward the driver’s side of my car. I saw the truck coming closer and immediately said out loud, “God is in control!”

As the truck struck my car and proceeded to push it, I remember steering to avoid hitting a car in the lane to the right of me, but then I closed my eyes, praying, “God is here.” I felt no fear. I felt I was with God, right then. I felt love and stayed in that feeling of love. I felt wrapped in God’s harmony.

I understood God to be the one infinite Mind always imparting pure, calm thoughts to His children.
