Quick healing of wound

In gratitude I would like to share a testimony of a healing that I experienced when I was about sixteen. I was asked by some friends from our local branch Church of Christ, Scientist, to care for their horses while they were on vacation. I arrived at the stables just about dusk.

I was very happy to do this for our friends, and, besides that, I loved horses. I went about my chores and completed the task. By now the sun had gone down, and it was pitch dark outside; there were no lights on the path back to where I was parked. As I was walking up the path, I stumbled and fell onto what felt like a sharp stake sticking out of the ground. It went into my knee, and I felt a great deal of pain.

I got up, but the evidence was disturbing. I felt no panic, however, and limped to a phone and called my dad. He came and got me.
