Biggest hurts or greatest blessings?

Turning troubles into treasures

Probably All Of us at one time or another have been hurt by someone's words or actions. What do you do when it happens? Can even the biggest hurts become great blessings? And is it possible not to feel hurt at all, no matter what we encounter? These are questions I asked myself when my teenage daughter rejected our lifestyle and ran away from home.

In dealing with my hurt over my daughter's actions, I found it helpful to think about how God relates to all of His children, and what that means to me and my relations with others. I know that God is All and God is good, all good. Also, all that's present in God's universe is His goodness. In this universe of good, there is no place for anything hurtful.
