The Psalmist sang (Ps. 107:8), "Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!" I have many reasons to praise God for His goodness.

After the passing on of my husband, loneliness, restlessness, and grief were replaced with contentment, peace, and joy as I studied and applied the teachings of Christian Science. Through the years ample supply has been available to meet every need when I have looked to God as the source of all true, spiritual good.

At one time I suffered from indigestion. One evening the difficulty was quite acute. I reached out to God for a healing thought, and immediately came the clear realization that true digestion was purely spiritual, that food and bodily organs had nothing to do with it, but that I could and did digest and assimilate ideas of truth, and thus false beliefs disappeared from consciousness. I knew too that spiritual activity cannot be interfered with or interrupted. In a short time I was free from pain, and the difficulty did not return.
