I would like to express through the columns of our priceless literature, one of the blessings which the daily study of Christian Science has brought me.

The healing of a sprained tendon in the right arm, caused by excessive practice on the piano, first interested me in Christian Science. Many physicians, among them two celebrated specialists whom I had consulted during eighteen months, promised me no complete cure of the sprain. All agreed that there would always be a weakness in the wrist, and they recommended me to avoid over-fatigue when practising or letter writing; and two of the specialists said that rheumatism might possibly set in.

In deepest gratitude I can state that Christian Science has effected a complete cure. The daily study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" during a period of about three months, together with the help of occasional talks with dear Christian Scientists, enabled me to give a pianoforte recital within three months after taking up the study of Christian Science.

A point that struck me forcibly during my early days in Science, was the quiet confidence shown that a relapse was impossible if our God-given dominion over the senses were exercised. This meant much to me, because the doctor's warnings would try to assert themselves and arouse fear.

The only warning Christian Science has for those healed by it, is the same as that of our great Master; namely, "Sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."

The conviction of security from physical disorders, and from all discordant conditions, results from the right understanding of God which the Bible reveals when studied in the light of Christian Science; namely, that God is Spirit, and His creation is Purely spiritual.

The one though whom this great truth is to-day presented to the world, is the courageous, exalted, pure-minded woman, Mary Baker G. Eddy. Only time can reveal what her noble character has effected, and will effect in the working out of the salvation of the whole world.
