A Letter to Mrs. Eddy
WHITE MOUNTAIN HOUSE.
White Mountains, N. H., September 10, 1900.
My Dear Mother:—Pardon me for trespassing on your time, but one of my guests in conversation with another guest, said, "I never expected to live long enough to see a church and hotel run together so successfully, but I have." It came to me when I heard it that it would please you to hear it. This gentleman is not a Christian Scientist, and this made it more noticeable to me.
It rejoiced me very much when I heard of your presence at the Concord State Fair. I am,
Sincerely yours,
R. D. Rounsevel.
