Even the e-mails

that offer what’s free.

Even the ones

that claim they’re from “me.”

Even the fair ones

that seem to shout

I must respond

before time runs out.

God’s strong firewall

is up to date,

excluding bytes

of sin and fear and hate.

If you receive

a message of deceit,

then read no more,

just press delete.
