“God's love is calling us to a higher purpose and meaning in life,” says Phil Davis as he explores how practical prayer is when looking for satisfying work. He talks about how understanding God as the source of our talents, frees us to overcome worldly limits. Phil points to the importance of not outlining our future, but instead to focus on listening to God's guidance and direction in our lives. Finally, Phil shows that God not only supplies the job, but also everything we need in order to fulfill both the job and our purpose.

Phil answers questions such as: I've been out of work for five years, how can I pray to get a job? Should we love the work we do? What if I have a physical limitation that hinders my job progress? I'm having a baby, how do I balance my work and my new duty as a mother. I feel stuck in a job that doesn't use my talents; what can I do?

Phil shows us that the love of God is more than able to guide us through any work challenge and provide work with purpose and meaning.
