Complete healing for our kitten

Gray Paw

Gray Paw

It was a busy Saturday morning about a year ago, and I was preparing for a fun-filled weekend with my two children. I had been rushing around and was to drive my daughter to a friend’s house when I heard and felt something squeak as I backed the car out of the garage. I had a horrible feeling that I had run over one of the two kittens we’d recently brought home. When I got out of the car, I saw Gray Paw, my son’s kitten, scamper away bleeding.

My daughter started to cry, so I tried to calm her down while I gently placed Gray Paw inside the house in our laundry room with water, food, and a soft bed. I called a Christian Science practitioner, and he immediately took up the prayerful work of affirming Gray Paw’s oneness with God, sharing with me the idea that nothing could be crushed in God’s kingdom.
