LETTERS

I am so grateful for every issue of the Sentinel and pass mine on to friends and neighbours. What fabulous articles make up the "Sentinel Watch" page each week.

What significance has the one by Anthony Whitehouse in the 7 December issue ["Christian fellowship"] titled "Alzheimer's: Take up the challenge"! He states that Jesus never accepted that decline of any kind could curtail Life, which is continuous and infinite. Also, that Christian Scientists believe the opposite—that Life is God, eternal, self-existing, and perfect. He finished the wonderful article with a passage that is so dear to me: "God expresses in man the infinite idea forever developing itself, broadening and rising higher and higher from a boundless basis" (Mary Baker Eddy, Science and Health, p. 258).
