It was truly a joy to open up my Christian Science Quarterly to the Lesson on "Mortals and Immortals" and read the Golden Text and Responsive Reading in beautiful, clear, and contemporary language—especially including, as it does, our much-loved "correlative Scripture" (I John 3:1-3). [See Sentinel dated April 21, pp. 16-19.]

The Bible Lessons will be greatly enhanced and kept "abreast of the times" by the inclusion of carefully chosen selections from the various newer translations of the Bible, and I happily anticipate more of these in the future.
