Every single Sentinel that I receive has several inspiring articles that I feel were written "just for me." The July 10 issue that focused on "Prayer and sports" was no exception. I don't consider myself a very "sporty" person, but even so, the articles were relevant to my everyday life.

One article that I found to have direct application was Ginny Luedeman's, "Spiritual support—at every turn." I also face the challenges that come with "change of life" or menopause. As a dedicated student of Christian Science, I know that every challenge has a spiritual solution. I'm so grateful to see an article published to help and support people like me as I look for healing answers and endeavor to apply them.

This all proves to me that the editors are working to keep the periodicals "abreast of the times" by publishing articles that are relevant and timely.
