A LAUDABLE CAREER

CHRISTIAN SCIENCE HAD TRANSFORMED MY LIFE. From a purposeless and miserable existence, I suddenly came to realize my full potential. When this happened, it was natural for me to take a course in Christian Science class instruction. I just wanted to know more about this great healing Science.

But even after class instruction, I did not think I wanted to go into the public practice of Christian Science. I wanted to be an ambassador for my country in a foreign land. To achieve this, I took up the study of law and foreign languages, and prepared vigorously for that laudable position.

One day, my teacher of Christian Science class instruction referred my aunt to me for healing. I was embarrassed because I did not see how I could heal her. However, I prayed and held firmly to what was true about my aunt as a child of God. When she came back to thank me for a healing, I was surprised. Other people started calling me and asking for help, and all reported back that they were healed.
