Celebrating you

What a joy to be included
In this celebration of you.
It's not a "date of birth"
That matters here—
There's more to you than that
As God's eternal child.

Your agelessness stands bold before me;
Not in an endless passing-forth of time,
But in the eternally beautiful being
That is you—

A gentle beam of light, established
In the universe of Mind,
Shining gloriously through
The mockery of time,
Revealing the perfection that you are
As Love's own precious ray.

Today—and every day.
