When Christian Science was presented to me, I drank from its healing waters. I was a Sunday School teacher in a Protestant church at the time and was invited to attend a Sunday morning service in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist. When I went I learned of a most loving God who heals all our ills. That day I took His hand, and I've never let go.

For the over sixty years since then, through Christian Science, all my needs—physical, mental, and financial—have been met. The healing of varicose veins, mentioned in a former testimony, has been permanent, for which I am truly grateful.

At a time when I was struggling with a severe cold I was asked to read a paper at my Christian Science Students Association meeting. I was not sure I could do it. But the one who called reminded me that I would not have been asked to do it if I wasn't capable of doing it. So I accepted. As I walked through the house thanking God out loud for this privilege, I was completely healed.
