Some notes on theology and Christian Science

Those unfamiliar with Christian Science sometimes wonder if it truly is a religion and really does have a theology. The answers are that it is and it does—and its theology is fundamental to its spirit and to its healing.

This theology coincides with the teachings of Christ Jesus and derives from them. The Master's divine theology is indicated by his sayings as given below, and he made them concrete by his stress on "signs following"^{See Mark 16:17, 20.}—physical ills healed, sins cast out, lives redeemed:
