There's no shortage of complaints in today's world. Some of them are constructive, but constant, habitual fault-finding isn't helpful. Jesus' teachings indicate that freedom from chronic complaining begins with a state of thought that's more closely aligned with God and the certainty of His goodness and care. And that can happen through prayer, which also points to answers when complaints are legitimate.
